My board percentage is 68 (2018), and I plan to give JEE Mains next year again (2nd time) while pursuing BCA. Is it possible?

It is definitely possible. You can give JEE Mains by pursuing any degree. Although if you want to get admission in NIT it would be not possible as your 12th percentage should be greater than 75 %. Though many government college are still there.

Well, I think you should give those exams but also should not leave BCA beacuse you don't know how the paper is going to be in future. You atleast have something in your hand I.e. BCA so don't leave it. Do prepare for JEE and boards. All the best.
