Hello Vikash Tiwari, I am afraid your brother is not eligible for admission in an engineering graduation course. For this, presently at least, PCM or PCB is a must at 12th boards. But if I may say so, why engineering? Last year almost 50% fresh engineering graduates could not be placed. Arts or libe
