my brother had done his b.a now he is going to do m.a in economics so does he have any scope in it.....

yes, he can do b.ed if he wants to become a teacher. he can do m.phil and phd if he wants to go to the field of research and can accomplish net exam of ugc in order to become a lecturer. even if he wishes he can prepare himself for civils with economic as an optional subject.
