Qualifications: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th Grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English for admission to B.Sc. RTT, with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.

If he wants to go in engineering field then he has to appear for JEE Mains or if he wants to get into MBBS then he needs to qualify NEET.

PCMB 72% means wide range of possibilities except certain restrictions. But do see that,
1. If PCM is less than 75% then Engineering in top colleges has some glitches on path.
2. Biology or Medical sciences or Biotechnology are great options too.
3. Never forget pure Science courses. In the nutshell, you need to do the homework of what you like and what are your strengths or weakness. -
First, it completely depends on your brother's interest but according to me- MBBS physiotherapy, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, biotechnology and microbiology are some of the courses.

There are lots of options with PCMB. Nowadays these courses are trending because of their scope and job opportunities.
B.Sc. (IT)
B.Sc CS
B.Sc (Mathematics)
B.Sc Statistics
BCA
B.A (Foreign Language). -
There are many options for him such as:
1. Architecture
2. Forensic Science
3. Data Science
4. Microbiology
5. Biomedical engineering
6. Marine engineering
7. Business administration
8. Astronomy.
