There are lots of options with PCMB. Nowadays these courses are trending because of their scope and job opportunities. B.Sc. (IT) B.Sc CS B.Sc (Mathematics) B.Sc Statistics BCA B.A (Foreign Language).

First, it completely depends on your brother's interest but according to me- MBBS physiotherapy, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, biotechnology and microbiology are some of the courses.

If he wants to go in engineering field then he has to appear for JEE Mains or if he wants to get into MBBS then he needs to qualify NEET.

Qualifications: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th Grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English for admission to B.Sc. RTT, with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
