My brother has done his 12th with 78% from vocation stream with agriculture. Can he apply for this course?

B.Sc Hons. Agricultue ( Four years duration) is available at Palli-Siksha Bhavana (Institute of Agriculture) with total intakes of 23 seats (general). The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 60% marks at +2 level with a combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology(Life Science) and any one of the following subjects: Mathematics/ Agronomy /Modern computer application / Computer Science / Statistics.
