My brother has done his BCOM n has 5 yrs exp in BPO. he now wants to do either MBA or an IATA course. which has more scope for better job?

He has scored only 46% in B.Com. he has 5 yrs BPO experience and now wants to move out of the BPO and get into a regular job.
