My brother has done ITI in Consumer electronics and he is very poor in studies but very good in practicles. he has abilities to learn from experiments to repair electronic gadgets (consumer products), Im worried about his futures and helpme what he should do next after ITI. Please suggest

he may apply for some private sector jobs now.i wont say much abt the payment but if he is really good at practicals then send him to bangalore or delhi to search job.
