My brother has filled TyBcom exam form but he is not planning to appear. If he is not appearing for exam will he be considered a repeater?

My brother has filled TyBcom exam form (mumbai university) but he is unable to appear due to health issues. If he is not appearing for exam will he be considered a repeater / fresh student since he is not appearing this year. Pls help me on this..

    Dear tejas,
    YES!!! he will be, and he will get an exam result stating he is absent for all exams,
    But he can give his exams again and can clear exams with good marks and he will get a fresh mark sheet and will not be called as a repeater.
