My brother is a commerce student and we are not sure what is his interest. What should we do?
He is not very much interested in studious topics but he is good at artistic things like singing, writing, etc.

I would suggest to go for a psychometric assessment to understand his abilities and interests. You might find one on https://shiksha.com itself. It does help in making a better decision.

You may take the test on *****.com but make sure you discuss the report with a counselor too.
