My brother is in ssc after that in which field he should go,Science,commerce or arts I can pay 40,000 annaually for his study not more than that,according to that what should i do,he is intrested in desighing is there any scop in that, how much time it took to pass.

sure he can join to 10+2 in finance related course. it will be with in your budget
