My brother missed the date to apply for JEE Mains entrance exam. How can he get an entry in a good engineering college?

My brother is in 12th class with physics, chemistry and mathematics as his main subjects.

No need to worry about JEE right now. Still, many exam dates are available which you can ask him to apply. Don't worry. Ask him to try for other colleges entrance exams. Example VITEEE, BITSAT, GGSIPU, LPU-NEST, SRMJEE, etc. Fill the forms of state entrance exam like UPSEE, WBJEE, COMEDK, etc.

That's not a problem. There are many other entrance exams Tell him to apply for other exams in which he is interested There are many university exams too. He can apply for those exams and can get a good score.

If your brother missed the date, then apply for other state wise exams such as MHT CET WBJEE. Make a list of various exams which are being conducted state wise and apply for them. Best of luck for your future exam.

It is completely fine, because there are many other good institutions too. Ask him to decide the colleges in which he wants to apply for he has to fill the entrance exam from for getting admission into a college who conducts it. NIT is advised to select the good colleges based on his desired branch
