My brother was interested to join in hotel management after completion of 10 th class please give us some suggestions?

As far as I know, if he wants to do a proper degree it will be a graduation degree so for a graduate degree he needs to complete his board then only he can go for this course, and I don't know about private colleges but I think it's same everywhere but in IHM after 12th only he can give entrance.
