my cat %ile is 85.06.........with 80% in both 10th & 12th........60% in graduation. should i apply to this college or not.please be truthful

Hi Mayank,
You must apply as I see good chances of you earning a call. However, you might not seek for truthfulness from me. Even a failed is a lot more of a learning experience than not applying at all.
