My CAT percentile is 37 and i have got 530 composite score in MAT.Can i get a good college on the basis of MAT score.I am a B.tech.Graduate.

I have done B.Tech. in Computer Science.I want to do my MBA in IT.My MAT composite score is 530.Can i get a good college on such a score.Yesterday i got a mail from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Management for their PGDM and MBA from Mysore university.Can you suggest me is it agood B-School or not.
