my CAT percentile is so low 5 %.. so if i get selected in gdpi round does the entrance exam results matter

No once you are done with your admissions, it doesn't matter how much did you score in your CAT. And only 30% weightage is given to your entrance scores during the selection process. Hello Faiz. Yes in the GD & PI round 30% weight-age is given to entrance exam marks rest 70% weight-age GD & PI hold with them. So you better perform extremely well in GD & PI round for getting selected as your entrance exams score is quiet low. Hope i have answer your query.

CAT exam is the eligibility criteria for filling form for gd/pi, if ur gd pi is good then definietly you will get selected. for more query you can go to balajisociety.org
