My CAT score is below 50 percentile. What should I do next: do a PGDM and after that apply for CAT next year or do digital marketing?

6 years agoYou can try for other MBA entrance exams. Or, if you can dedicate one more year for CAT preparation that's also a good option. If you want to get admission this year itself than you can look for college with good ROI, facilities/faculty members and decent placement results. Digital Marketing is no doubt a good specialization to pursue with great career opportunities ahead. But, it will be more favorable for you if you pursue it from a tier-1/tier-2 B-School. So, giving one more try for CAT is a better choice. Good Luck.
