My category rank is 889 and percentile is 91.98 in JEE Mains. Can I get admission in NIT Surathkal?
My home state is Karnataka and category is ST.

You have very low chances of getting admission in any of the NITs based on your JEE Main percentile score and category rank. Try for admission in private colleges through state counselling.
