My CBSE 12th result is out now but original certificate is not out. Will it matter during counseling?

No, just take your online results printed. It would be sufficient but don't forget to take your character and migration certificate with you.

No, give the mark sheet that you got on the website during JoSSA counseling. When you get the original certificate then you may have to show to the college.
