Yes, you are eligible as the last year cut off was around 75-80 percentile.

Minimum eligibility criteria is 50 % and above, through out (10th, 12th, graduation average). Your score is pretty decent. The usual cutoff is between 80 - 85 percentile. So you've a decent chance of getting selected for the next round. Goodluck.
