Dear Soham, University of Derby - England does not offer MS degree. Usually, for admission to good universities your CGPA should be around 70%, GRE score above 1300 and TOEFL score above 90. Unless yoy do very well in GRE & TOEFL, scholarship is doubtful in your case.
