My CGPA is 71%. Can I pursue MS in mining engg. in Europe, Canada and Australia? I am more inclined to research background.

71% is a good score. You will find many options but it will be a challenge in Canada, still, try.
Check the skill shortage lists of the country for opportunities in mining. International students must take IELTS. Some universities may require GRE. Excellent SOP and LORs will be requir
