My choices are not getting auto locked in NEET UG counselling portal. What should I do now?

I forgot to lock choices in the given limit time for 2nd round of MCC NEET UG counseling. No they are not getting auto locked too. I sent an E-mail regarding this to MCC but didn't get a response yet. Their call facility is going through some technical issues.
