My class 12th results r going to held on oct 2012 so, am i able to apply for 2013 freshman in US Universitys.

I've given my SAT & TOEFL exam this year nd my class 12 exam is going to held on nov 2012 , nd results is going to declare on oct 2012. so, i just want to ask can i apply (admission) for 2013 freshman in US universities ( major Computer Science)
