Hello, The scope in rm is high as you can see these days this industry is evolving at a high pace so the recruitment is going good. Due to many more companies investing in retail business scope for people getting a job their is increasing. Average ctc being around 6.5-7 lpa. Placement is good around

I being a final year student persuing b.com hons will like to know that the packages offered and job oppurtunities are similar in case of freshers also? Because I would not be having any work ex.
