My CMAT score is 193 and AI rank is 8360. Which would be the best college to do MBA/PGDM?

I'm looking for colleges with fee structure less than 9-10 lacs. I have 79.89% in B.Com, 84% in 12th and 91.2% in my 10th exams. Also, I belong to NC-OBC category.

With 193, you can apply to XISS Ranchi, XIME Bangalore and Welingkar. The above-mentioned answer says LIBA, but sorry LIBA doesn't accept CMAT scores.

Some colleges you may consider are - XIME-Bangalore, LIBA-Chennai, Alliance University, Jaipuria-Lucknow/Indore/Jaipur campuses, Prestige Institute-Indore. It's more relevant and easy to look for college cut-off based on percentile of your CMAT score.
