My CML rank is 394. Can I get electrical engineering in 2nd round in BIT Sindri?

According to last year counselling there is possibility of getting following branches from first round counselling.
1. I. T
2. Chemical
3. Mining
4. Production
5. Metallurgy
But you can get other branches also like electrical, ECE or civil in the second round counselling. So with CML Rank 524 you c
