My college did not upgrade in stray vacancy round. How do I report at the college allotted in earlier round?

If your college was not upgrade in stray you need to report it to the college that your were alloted to.
For reporting check the official notification
And download the allotment letter.
Also be sure to carry the following documents such as:
Allotment Letter
Rank Card/Scorecard
Admit Card of the Entrance
