You will not get civil engineering branch in MSRIT, RV or BMS with a rank of 15,975 in COMEDK. Your rank should be in top 8000 to get civil in any of these colleges.

No, this score is not good for MSRIT, BMS or RV. All these campuses are highly reputed and the score needed for admission is very high. I suggest you go to other private colleges in Bangalore like RR Engineering College.
