My COMEDK rank is 3915. Can I get a good college for CSE in Bangalore?

That is a bit confusing rank as in top 6 college (RV, PESIT, BMSIT, MSRIT, BIT, MVIT), you won't be able to get CS as seats end up by 2000-2500max rank and with rank you can get ECE in BIT and MVIT and maybe in these two in second round of counseling
