My common merit rank is 1694 and category merit rank is 69 under ews category so will I be able to get into NIFT Delhi?

With an EWS category rank of 69, you have a very strong chance of getting into NIFT Delhi for most B.Des. courses, and even some Master's programs, especially compared to the closing ranks for the EWS category in previous years.
For example, for B.Des. Fashion Design, which is highly competitive, the EWS closing rank was generally in the range of 400-500. Your rank of 69 is well within this range.
Even for BFTech Apparel Production, your rank is excellent.
