my community rankin (sc) is 2013 and over all rankin is 39748 in TNEA..wat are the best college that i can get in anna uni consellin?

my location of colleges are chennai, kancheepuram,and thiruvallur district ,,, pls do tell me the best college to study,,,, where the placement is gud !!!
