My cousin dropd his plan of MD in US coz indian gov's askin rs 15L whn v apply for US visa. is it true? i wntd to do my MS der n cnt afford.

i am pursuin my 3rd yr in engg in india and preparin for GRE. My cousin recently finish his mbbs n was applyin for visa and he evn got approval of the university in US but dropped his plans as indian gov is askin 15 lakhs n he neither can i afford. this is a big setback for me. pls suggest a way!

Hi, No it is definitely not true that you have to give 15 Lakhs to apply for US visa. Someone is conning you big time. Who gave you this information and where? Was it someone from the consulate? Please let me know and ask your brother not to turn down the admission offer.
