My CRL rank is 1 lac, I belong to gen-ews and my category rank is 14000. Will I be able to get into a NIT or IIIT?

Yes you can apply for JOSSA counselling at this rank you will be getting a lot of NIT with a lower branch and you are also eligible to appear for JEE Advance exam to try for IIT.
