My CRL rank is 192198 and EWS rank is 25569. Can I get CSE/IT or ECE at IGDTUW? I am from outside Delhi.

It is a good rank. And if we look at last year's cutoff then you might get a seat in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi .
However there you cannot get IT, neither you can get Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering AIML, and ECE as the closing ranks
