My CRL rank is 370890 and OBC NCL rank is 132891. Can I get NFSC via female category?

Up to CRL 370890 for SC, and for OBC NCL 132891. The possibility of getting through NFSC in the female category is still slim. But, for exact cut-offs for females under OBC NCL, it will have to do with the number of seats available, the merit of other candidates, and the trends of that very year.
Generally speaking, for admission, the same rules apply at NFSC as any other institute, the lower the rank better will be chances with reservation for female candidates and for OBC. It will generally be difficult to get one's self into any of these courses based on the rank they have now.
