My current CGPA is 5.82(till 6th sem). What GRE score should I aim for to get into a good US University for MS with scholarship?

I want to apply for MS in Electrical or Computer engineering. Currently pursuing B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 10th marks 81%, 12th marks 72%, BTech CGPA 5.82(till 6th sem). What are my chances of getting into a good US University with scholarship, with my GRE score being something around 320?
