My current CGPA is 9.0. What CGPA should I maintain to have good chance in IIM? Also should i work after my graduation or directly MBA?

    Hi Shobhit,
    Your CGPA is good. There is only a minimum cut-off of 5 or 50% for graduation. However to maximize your chances of getting called for an interview, maintain a CGPA of 8 or higher is advisable. Not having any prior work experience does not deter your progress in IIMs nor does it affect your placements that much.
