My cut off is 189. should I have to pay extra money to get in psg college for B.Tech.

If you are saying about the TNEA cutoff than if you are not meeting the cutoff criteria of certain B.Tech branch than you can go for another engineering branch or even other engineering college also. Which may have the lowest cutoff criteria. So what is the need of paying extra money. Because extra
