My cut-off is 192.25. Can I get a seat in MIT or any good colleges in Chennai for CSE stream? I belong to OC community.

Hello Sanjana, It is very difficult to get CSE at MIT with this cutoff score as you belong to OC. You need to go for any other college if you wish to do CSE. Else, you can try for any other courses at the top ranking colleges.
