My cut-off is 195 and I am BC category candidate. Can I get a seat in Anna University for biomedical engineering?

The last year cut off for Biomedical engineering in CEG was 197.25. This year the cut off is expected to get reduced but also it is difficult to get a seat with 195 marks. But don't lose hope and try your luck at the counseling.
