My cut-off is 197.25, which course will get me a merit seat easily in Anna University?

Hello Ramesh,Your cut off is good and so you can try for top ranking colleges such as SSN, PSG, MIT etc. But, the course which you can get is difficult to predict as the competition is too high. You may compare the previous year cut off scores for the link below to know your chances:
