MY cut off is 199.75.I have full free seat in VIT , I am also capable for Anna University, my choice is CSE. Which one can I choose

If i were in your position Karthi, i wouldn't even think twice and join Vellore.... An institute is judged by it's faculty, the laboratories and their access to students (though under supervision) and the libraries. I find VIT has all the above hence...... All the best, Regards, Gomti
