My cut-off is 200. Can I get CSE in CEG through a regular fee in a government assisted programme? I am a general candidate.

Sir, I am not a native of Tamil Nadu. I am from Andhra Pradesh. My class 12 marks are 986/1000. And 600/600 in PCM. Can I get CSE in CEG Campus under regular fee structure -government assisted?
