My cutoff is 174 under BC category. Can I get CSE in Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering Pollachi, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu?

Don't worry, you will get good college in TNEA. Your marks is almost good. The best one could get is through counselling. You must apply for AIEESE. They offer scholarships and counselling based on marks which a student achieves in their exam. The exam is held yearly on national level.
