My daughter did Btech ECE in 2012.Recently she joined IBM as Practioner in Noida.Now she want to resign &do Software testing course.Pl Advis
She did B tech from LPU Jalandhr with 68% marks.She scored 78%,in 10th and 75% in +2.
She is telling this job of practioner in IBM does not match her engg profile,It is just a help desk job.after resign she wants to do some course and try for the relavant Engineering Job.Pls suggest right path.Reg

She should join a small engineering manufacturing unit, where on-the-job trainig will be given. Do not worry about the salary part, as you are there to protect her daily means.Let her learn the hands-on basic training for at least two years.Thereafter, she can take a better course of path and take a
