Yes, you can get admission in RCOEM through CAP round or else through management quota.

There are fewer chances of getting admission because the cut-off of Ramdev Baba College goes high still my suggestion is to go through the procedure. If the seat remains vacant then you can get admission.

It's a 50-50 chance to get admission there. If their seats will get full, then it may be problematic for you. And, if not then you can easily get admission there.
