My daughter got 70 marks, 83 percentile in MAH-MBA CET 2017. Could she get a good college in Pune or Mumbai?

I would request you to ask her attempt MAT May higher score or be sure with next CAT, otherwise, it will be tough to get a secured and sustainable job profile with good in hand salary. Also, check job profile sustainability, in MAT ask her not to attempt by guess and attempt less as it is judged by percentile not percentage.
In case of CAT, trick is accuracy not attempting the question. The more questions a candidate can secure 85~90 percentile around by attempting only 30 questions out of 100. Feel free to write. If this helps, kindly up vote. -

With 70 marks in CET, it's quite really difficult to say that possibilities are there. With this score, you can expect an average college in Pune though she should also try for
Janki Devi College, Mumbai.
