Hi, She can start preparing right away without wasting any time for the Most prestigious Job of IAS. However, it would be good to join an institute in 6 to 8 months before the exams. General candidates get 4 attempts till they attain 30 yrs of Age. You can also appear in the exam if you are awaiting
