My daughter has done MBA(Finance) from pune university in10-11 but no job till date she is not interested in marketing resumes had been sent

Resumes had been sent to all the institutions/placements available on Internet, response is there but they are asking for marketing and interviews are taken for finance but they are asking for experience also they are asking for freshers resumes are sent as per their demands but still no reply.

Hi Nikita, Experience is important for getting a placement in good finance companies.But it is not necessary that your daughter should go to marketing field if she is not interested.So ask her to try for placement in banks through writing bank exam or ask her to join additional courses
