Instead of going for any other alternatives to find the colleges and giving any other exams, I would suggest you to let her give improvement for boards once more and spend one more year. I can understand that this sounds disheartening but practically, board exams are not just a criterion but a pers

You can go for either NIOS or state board or take the compartment examination. These are the only options.
